Italian yard Tecnomar has built it completly out of aluminium matching design by Luca Dini. Modus has been delivered in 2014 with a full refit in 2018. It has accommodation for 10 guests in five luxurious cabins.

The on-deck master suite has in-built large windows that allow natural lighting. It also has large four-poster bed with tufted headboard. The bathroom has glass washbasing, marble flooring and a chromo therapy shower and bathtub. The lower deck has two twin cabins, double cabin and a large VIP stateroom with en suite studio.

Modus is a tri-deck motor yacht that has a spacious main saloon with a marble top bar, handmade table for 10 guests, mirrored ceilings with brass inserts and crystl lamps. Her sky lounge is well equipped with marble flooring, mirrored ceilings, wet bar and a chaise longue that can convert even into bed. She has an upper saloon that spans the entire beam of the deck and is in line with windows.

This super yacht is powered by twin MTU 12V 4000 engines:
Produces 1151 - 1169 kWe at a frequency of 50hz

With this engines she has a cruising speed of 25 knots and a top speed of 27 knots.

Her terraced sun deck overlooks the sea and sports a large jacuzzi tub, marble and glass topped bar and a barbecue. She is also fitted with zero speed stabilisers for maximum confort.
